Your acceptance of the programme submitted by us will signify your agreement to the terms indicated below. We request that you read the cancellation policy thoroughly and save this page for reference.

All notifications of cancellation must be received in writing. On the date your cancellation is received the following penalties will apply: on all tours $300 of your deposit is non-refundable.

Final payment is normally due 60 days prior to departure. However an earlier final payment is required for some tours due to special circumstances relating to the tour. The final payment deadline will be specified at the bottom of the invoice you will receive after booking a tour. If you cancel after the final payment deadline the following schedule of charges applies.

Deadline

♦ 60 days 50% of total tour price is non-refundable

♦ 59 days - 45 days 75% of total tour price is non-refundable

♦ 44 days - departure 100% of total tour price is non-refundable

On request (for cancellations made up to 45 days before departure) we can accommodate you in a future tour and will charge 10%-20%

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation.
